TREINO is a powerful tool designed to assist you in achieving your fitness goals. With this app, you'll have complete control over your workouts and access to a wide range of features that will ensure you reach better quality of life and the dream physique you've always wanted.

Here are some of the app's key functions:

• Stay Hydrated: TREINO includes a feature that sends reminders to ensure you stay properly hydrated. It also shows you the ideal amount of water you should be consuming based on your objectives.
• Workouts at Your Fingertips: Your workouts are now just a few taps away on your phone. With TREINO, instructors can create and send your entire training routine directly through the app.
• Fitness Recipes: We understand that exercise alone isn't enough to achieve your fitness goals. A healthy diet is just as important. TREINO offers FITNESS RECIPES, featuring nutritionist-approved tips for healthy dishes, to help you maintain a balanced diet.
• Physical Assessments: Access reports that track your progress and provide detailed information about your fitness journey.

In order to use this application, you must be enrolled as a student at one of our partner gyms through Pacto Soluções.

TREINO is fully integrated with HealthKit, consolidating all your health data—such as weight control, step counts, and calorie tracking—into a single platform.

USAGE INFORMATION AND SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

The app can be downloaded and used free of charge. To access additional features, you may choose to subscribe for 12 or 6 months. If you opt for a subscription, you will be charged the specified price for your country (displayed in-app).

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account upon confirmation of purchase.

The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, and the cost of renewal will be identified.

Subscriptions can be managed by the user, and auto-renewal can be turned off by going to the user's account settings after purchase.

Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
